The third of our three California Liliacs is Ceanothus Spinosus. This slower growing Lilac is native to Southern California and can be seen in the wild in the Santa Monica mountains close to where we live. Our specimen, from Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens, is looking happy and healthy in full sun in the patio garden.
